SaladElbow Hour
Professional service in Nairobi

Welcome to Salad Elbow Hour

We supply and install self-service terminals for retail chains and petrol forecourts. Every hour of terminal downtime means lost transactions and extra load on the teller desk, so we work to get the equipment available again as soon as possible. That is exactly what we work on: terminal out of service.

FAQ

Questions we are asked most

Yes. We source, clear and deliver, and can hold units in our facility until the site is ready. Sites that already own machines can buy installation on its own.
For critical incidents we work to a 4-hour response SLA in urban areas, with a same-day visit when the terminal is inoperative. The most common faults (note jams, card reader, receipt printer) are usually resolved on the first visit.
The first-line checks: clearing a note jam that is safe to clear, checking the receipt paper, and knowing which faults need a technician rather than a retry.
Contracts that include it have scheduled cover for weekends and public holidays. Every visit is documented with a service report listing the parts used and the time service was restored.
Yes, and we schedule visits around store hours so customer service is not interrupted. Each branch of the chain keeps its own service history.
